IVY Dance Lab

August 24, 2017

TaylorNEXT members attended the IVY Dance Lab at the Paul Taylor Dance Studios. Sixteen company members performed Mr. Taylor's "Promethean Fire" in an intimate setting, followed by a Q&A with dancers Heather McGinley and Michael Apuzzo.

To paraphrase Paul Taylor American Modern Dance Executive Director John Tomlinson paraphrasing Mr. Taylor:
"Dance should be experienced with the eyes in much the same way that music is experienced with the ears. Rather than seeking analysis or meaning, simply see and feel."

One lucky attendee won the raffle for 2 seats at our First Anniversary Dinner.
